SEND AN EMAIL: Support Evergreen District Librarians (Washington)
Last year Evergreen Public Schools cut all the Middle School and High School Teacher Librarians with the promise that they would try and work on the budget to reinstate them, and now they are eliminating the Elementary Librarians as well.
Teachers and staff have noticed the serious negative impact that has come from losing the storytellers and dream builders of our schools, and to now take them away at the elementary level is heartbreaking.
Our schools and our children need your support and for you to raise your voices.
The Evergreen School Board needs to hear that this is unacceptable and that as parents we will not be silent about what our children need and deserve to thrive and grow.
