Put an end to book bans in New Jersey!

The New Jersey House and Senate are considering bills that would put an end to book bans in the state.

But we need your support of these bills!

Send a message to your elected officials that New Jersey should protect the right to read.

Bills A5499, S3893 and S3907 would require that libraries adopt the ALA Bill of Rights or other policies prohibiting book bans.

The freedom to read is essential to our free society, and libraries are defenders of this fundamental right.
